   Contest begins Monday, 8/17/2009 and ends Sunday, 11/08/09.
   Winner need not be present at the drawing to win.
   Contest value: $2000.00.
   $2000 gift card is from Fred’s Appliance and is not valid on special orders.
   

2. To Enter: Contestants must fully complete the "enter to win" form at any Windermere Real Estate Open House. The entry form will ask for entrants contact information and date of birth. Entry must be COMPLETEY filled out to be considered a valid entry. Only [1] entry per household.
3. For a list of current Windermere Real Estate Open Houses, go to www.windermerespokane.com and click on ‘Property Search’; scroll down to ‘Open Houses’.
4. One [1] winner will be randomly chosen by Wednesday, November 11thth, 2009 and announced on KXLY’s “Good Morning Northwest” Thursday, November 12th. Winner of the prize will be contacted via phone from a KXLY station employee by Wednesday November 11th.
5. The winner must pick up his or her prize from the KXLY front desk no later than 5pm, Friday November 20th, 2009 located at 500 West Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201.
6.
