KXLY 4 HD and Trading Company stores are giving away two tickets to the December 6th Seattle Seahawks – San Franscisco 49ers football game. Along with two tickets to the game, the lucky winner will receive airfare for two and two nights hotel accommodations in downtown Seattle.
For your chance to win, stop by your local Trading Company store before November 16th and register to win. Each Trading Company store will have an Enter to Win Box. Just fill out one of the Enter to Win forms and drop it in the box.
The winner will be announced on KXLY 4 HD on November 20th, 2009.

1. Enter to Win at participating Trading Company Stores locations. Contest begins 10/5/09 and ends 11/16/09. Winner need not be present at the drawing to win. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries.

2. To Enter: Contestants must fully complete the “Enter To Win” form and drop it into the box, in order to be considered a finalist at participating Trading Company Stores. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the contest period. No mechanically or mass produced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries. By participating in this contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by these rules. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification.
3. One [1] Grand Prize winner will be randomly drawn from the entries and announced on KXLY ABC 4 HD “Good Morning Northwest” on Friday, November 20th, 2009.
4. Grand Prize winner must pick up his or her prize from the KXLY front desk no later than 5pm Tuesday, November 24th, 2009 or another winner may be chosen.
5. Employees, interns, and independent contractors of KXLY Broadcast Group, Trading Company Stores , and their affiliated companies, affiliated sponsors, and employee affiliates and their immediate families and significant others or employees of participating trades are not eligible to enter or participate in the use or enjoyment of any prize.
6. There will not be any substitutions or exchanges of prizes or travel arrangements without written approval from management. Hotel and travel accommodations will be made with vendors of the Sponsors' choice and are subject to applicable use restrictions.
7. All flights will leave and return out of Spokane International Airport. It is the winner’s responsibility to find transportation to and from this airport.
8. You must be 18 years or older, a legal U.S. resident, and a resident of the state of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana to be eligible to win.
9. No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited.
10. KXLY Broadcast Group, Trading Company Stores, and their affiliated companies, and associated sponsors, are not liable for the failure of any third-party prizes. When prizes involve a third-party situation, a release form will be signed by winners to release KXLY Broadcast Group, Trading Company Stores and their affiliated companies, and associated sponsors, from any liability for the failure of any third-party provider of a prize.
